Ingredients

lbs
fresh tilapia filets
1
Tbsp
butter
Slap ya Mama seasoning to taste
8
flour tortillas
1
package coleslaw mix
bunch of fresh cilantro
2
tsp
cumin
2
Tbsp
mayo
juice from 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Sprinkle tilapia with seasoning of your choice (I used Slap ya Mama)
Fry tilapia in butter over medium heat til golden brown.
Stir together coleslaw mix, chopped cilantro, mayo, cumin, lime juice, S&P
Assemble tilapia and slaw inside warmed flour tortillas.
Serve with a side of chips and salsa and fruit.
