It’s time for the 2nd installment of the Garden Party blog hop! Or, if you prefer, “Hoes In Different Area Codes” party. 🙂
I know some of you guys are still blanketed in snow right now and can’t participate just yet. If you don’t have a blog entry to share, feel free to add a link to your pinterest boards where you’ve gathered gardening inspiration pictures. I do hope Springtime arrives soon for those of you who have are still getting snow.
Now let me show you some of the Best In Show winners from the last Garden Party!
My beautiful friend Allison at The Adventures of VAMH dug up an entry from her archives with this beautiful picture of trees in bloom. These pictures were from May of last year in Minnesota. By May in Alabama we will be in full blown summer heat! I love Allison’s blog and her pinterest boards, and I love the internet for allowing me to find best friends from all around the country. She’s coming to visit me this weekend to help me paint Garrett’s playroom, and I’m pee-in-my-pants excited to see her! We always have the best time together! Thanks Allison for sharing these beautiful trees.
Michael at Inspired by Charm showed off the buds in bloom around his house. Michael runs a fantastic Bed and Breakfast in Pennsylvania and also maintains a beautiful blog that inspires me with every post. He also shared this incredible basket from his pinterest boards. If you’re not following Michael’s blog and pinterest boards you’re really missing out on some incredible talent and craftporn. I LOVE reading about his latest projects.
Reginia at The Not So Modern Family posted these cute painted bottles wrapped in jute and rope that would make the perfect centerpiece for a rustic wedding shower or party. I might be stealing this idea, Reginia! Thanks for sharing your pinterest board!
All you guys who were featured go grab your “I’ve been featured” award button over on the sidebar and add it to your blog! I appreciate all of your participation so much!
So here we go, let’s get to hopping this week!
Show off all that hard earned sweat equity by linking up any post about gardening. Flowers, vegetables, lawncare, landscaping… whatever! Add as many entries as you’d like from the past or present- we’re not picky around these parts. We just want to see how your garden grows. Or doesn’t grow, so that we don’t feel so bad about killing our own plants.
Here’s how it works:
1. In the McLinky below, add a permalink to your specific blog post, not the main page of your blog.
2. Include a description of your Garden Party contribution after the name of your blog.
3. Please add a link to this garden party directly from your post so others can join in on the fun! You can grab the code in the box below.
4. Please double check to make sure your permalink works correctly so everyone can find your post.
Have fun gardening!
Thank’s for hosting the party and the invite :+) I love those bottles – totally stealing the idea as well.
Hi Beth!! I am so glad we have met 🙂 I love good garden blogs and can’t wait to check out the rest of your site…
I am loving reginia’s bottle, btw…
Thanks for hosting such a fun party, Ms. Beth! I am excited to hop around and tour some other gardens on this cold, wet day! I took photos of my back yard yesterday because I was afraid all this rain might take my blooms away!
I got your note! Ok, I’m game. My pictures aren’t nearly as pretty as the others you have but I’m happy to share the progress!
Love your blog and all your flowers! Thanks for your visit
