Ingredients to make homemade bundt cake
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, with liquid
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 bananas, chopped
Instructions to make hummingbird bundt cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Mix in bananas and pecans.
