Ruby Tuesday’s is one of those restaurants where everyone can find something they love, and one of my guilty pleasures from Ruby’s is their creamy pasta salad with ham and peas from the salad bar. This copycat recipe is SO similar to theirs, and it’s the perfect side dish to make on a hot summer day.

Ruby Tuesday Pasta Salad Copycat Printable Recipe:
Ruby Tuesday Pasta Salad (Copycat Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 lb box rotini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces diced ham
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, buttermilk & ranch dressing mix.
- Add the ham.
- Mix well.
- Add in the frozen peas and stir.
- Slowly add in the rotini pasta while mixing.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
